As a co-founder of Big Blue Flower and co-creator of The Great Nomad Expedition, she helped shape the decade-long vision behind the journey, bringing her deep respect for traditional riding cultures and spirit of endurance to the heart of the expedition.

Tsetsgee Damdin is a Mongolian cultural leader and co-founder of Big Blue Flower, dedicated to celebrating and preserving Mongolia’s nomadic heritage. As a co-creator of The Great Nomad Expedition, she guided the cultural vision of the decade-long dream, ensuring the journey honored the land, traditions, and communities of the steppe.

Unenburen Uyndenbat is a champion of Mongolia’s herding communities, dedicating years to working alongside nomadic families and safeguarding their traditional livelihoods. As Co-Founder of Big Blue Flower and the Great Nomad Expedition, he leads expedition logistics across Mongolia’s vast and remote landscapes, ensuring the journey unfolds seamlessly and remains rooted in genuine collaboration with the herders whose culture it honors.

Kristin Gates is a filmmaker and writer specializing in expedition-based storytelling in remote environments. he filmed, directed, and edited The Great Nomad Expedition, bringing an intimate, ground-level perspective to stories unfolding in remote landscapes.
